I like inexpensive, not too many ingredients, simple, and delicious recipes for my family. And the healthier the better. (Sounds like a lot of pre-requisites, but it's possible!) I've done a lot of trial and error the past few months trying out new recipes so we can have a variety of meals that we know we like that fit the bill of easy & delicious. And that's what gave me this idea. What if all us mamas (or newlyweds, or food loving, or kitchen happy, or... you get it) had a place to share some of our go-to, guaranteed, family favorites that have been tested and tried and loved? So beginning on Monday I will be sharing a recipe a day for five days straight. (some days more than one!) Several of them are new ones that I've tried and we've enjoyed recently, some of them I've had for a while. I'll tell you what I like about them, how I've changed them (if I have), and where they came from. Along the way, anyone who wants to can share some of their favorites too! Just leave a comment with one (or more) of your favorite recipes, or leave a link to a blog post you've written of some favorites in the comments :) Then we can all benefit from each others trial and error and have fun trying out some new things!
